Western Red Saunas came to us by way of a recommendation, and a great recommendation it was. Lucy, Kirk and the team have been great from start to finish. Responsive to communications, extremely clean and tidy and great quality of work. Any issues were resolved largely without needing any input from us and where input was needed from us, they presented us not only with the issue but what options we had in terms of solutions, keeping us as close as possible to our vision. The entire team were a joy, personable, helpful, delightful to talk to and work with. The workmanship and attention to detail is first class which has left us very impressed and our new garden room has rapidly become one of our favourite places to spend time. I cannot recommend WRS enough. This has been the most straightforward, trouble free project in our home that we have ever had.
Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! Respectful, great at communication and became part of the family for their time here. Absolutely amazing service from Kirk and Jake, we can’t thank them enough for the transformation from our boring, personality lacking new build garden to a space we can enjoy and feel proud of. They were incredibly professional and friendly throughout and worked their socks off every day - we really couldn’t ask for any more!
